8 Week 50/50 Program


Welcome to 50/50! This 8 week program is all about improving your strength and endurance with 45-60 minute workouts that include running and lifting. It includes a healthy portion of running that's broken up into intervals as well as a handful of designated run days. The bulk of this program is designed to be done in a gym setting but can be modified if you're doing it at home (swap barbell movements for DBs and any cable movements for band or DBs).
