Here's everything I included in my Full Week Of Eating on YouTube! Hopefully it's easier having it all in one spot like this.
Recipes:


*I use light cream instead of heavy and shred the chicken so it's easy for the girls to eat. Serve over Brami pasta, rice or whatever sound best to you!:)

Spaghetti Squash with Meat Sauce:

1 pound lean ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes

1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce

1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
-
2 teaspoons dried oregano
-
2 teaspoons dried basil
-
1 teaspoon salt
-
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Bake Spaghetti Squash for 45 minutes at 400 degrees
Brown ground beef (I use 96/4) over medium-high heat with garlic and onion in pan. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and tomato paste and stir. Add oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Let simmer then serve over Spaghetti Squash. Trader Joes sun dried tomato focaccia bread is GREAT with this meal.

LifeTime Mocha Madness, substitute coffee, PB, and chocolate whey (also known as frozen mocha)

Chipotle Order:

Brown rice, Chicken, Fajita Veggie, Black Beans, Corn, Tomato, Extra lettuce
**Add guac or avocado from home and eat with chips
Starbucks order:

Venti shaken espresso
1/2 decaf
no classic
4 pumps SF vanilla
1 pump borne sugar
oat milk
*vanilla cold foam if you're feeling extra! Sugar cookie is still my fav BUT this is still great
